In order to be able to assess the credibility and reliability of the information supplied, we have created a reputation system using stars.
(Score from 1 to 100)
100 points = 10 stars
1. Add videos and images to points: 1 point.
2. Add Facebook and LinkedIn to the user profile: 5 points each.
3. Ratings from other users up to a maximum of 60 points. Each rating made by a user is the number of stars awarded divided by 10. So if you give a score of 10 stars, you are giving a point. If 60 users give you 10 stars, you would reach the top of the points (60 points).
4. Corroborating or confirming the information of a point will give the user 1 point (up to a maximum of 30 points).
Each person should be able to check the veracity of any information that is published on the Internet. Make direct contact with the user who publishes a point if you want to expand the information that they have published.
If you want to access information about your ratings you can see it in your profile in the tab "ratings":
Each point indicates an approximate location where termites were detected at some point. If any data point is located in an existing structure, it was purely fortuitous. It does not necessarily indicate a current active infestation, but it does indicate that the species was detected within the area.
